Historia archivística
Las imágenes fueron seleccionadas mediante consultas a la Wikimedia Commons API y filtradas por mención a Chile en el título, descripción o categorías. Cada item conserva en el campo source_credit la referencia "Wikimedia Commons" y, cuando está disponible, en source_url el enlace al archivo original en commons.wikimedia.org.
Historia de adquisición
Importación batch desde Wikimedia Commons API en mayo 2026, dos tandas (884 + 557 fotografías) ejecutadas por el pipeline reproducible scripts/import-wikimedia/. Las imágenes se descargaron, redimensionaron al pipeline estándar (thumb/medium/original) y se subieron al bucket S3 propio. Se mantuvo deduplicación por file_hash y se conservó la atribución y licencia original.
Organización
Las fotografías están organizadas por título y fecha asignada en el catálogo. No se replica la jerarquía categórica original de Wikimedia Commons; cada foto conserva su URL fuente y su atribución para trazabilidad.
Condiciones de acceso
Acceso público sin restricciones.
Condiciones de reproducción
Las imágenes mantienen las licencias originales declaradas en Wikimedia Commons: principalmente Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA), Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) o Dominio Público. La licencia específica de cada fotografía está en el campo "license" del item. Cualquier reuso debe respetar la licencia individual y mantener la atribución a los autores originales.
